Ductless Incentives

Emerald offers several options to help you make the switch to a ductless heating and cooling system. Cash rebates are available to all eligible homes. Alternatively, Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union offers qualifying Emerald customers a zero-interest loan of up to $10,000. Minimum insulation levels must be met to qualify for this program, see “Eligibility” for details. Incentives subject to change without notice due to funding availability.

• A zero-percent loan up to $4,000 for single-head systems plus $1,500 for each additional head

• A $1,000 rebate per home
• Up to a $12,000 zero-percent interest loan with a five-year term for installing a ducted heat pump in a site-built home
• Up to a $7,000 zero-percent interest loan with a five-year term for installing a ducted heat pump in a manufactured home

Loan Application

Incentives

You may apply for a loan OR a rebate (not both). A zero percent (0%) interest loan up to $9,000 is available on qualified systems. Loans are not available for new construction. If you are interested in a heat pump loan:

• Complete and sign the Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union loan application.
• Return the loan application, proposed system bid/estimate, and pre-authorization form to Lane Electric.
• Application results are usually known within 48 hours.
• Upon loan and pre-authorization approval, notify the contractor to begin installation.

If you would rather finance the system yourself, a $500 rebate is available for qualifying air-source (standard) heat pumps, geothermal and ductless units. Notify Lane Electric when installation is complete & ready for inspection.
